The H.Y.P.E.R. Coaching Process

The five components of a HyperPerformance analyzed in detail.

While Fluxogenics is the theoretical component that underlies the HyperLiving concept, and which we have presented quickly just to provide some “academic” support for what we are proposing, The H.Y.P.E.R. Living Coaching Process is the application model in which the principles of Fluxogenics are organized into a coherent and practical system, and transforms them into a process that can be used whenever one wants to produce the flow state in a system in order to achieve optimal performance, that which allows for maximum result with minimum effort.

The model consists of five main points, forming the acronym H.Y.P.E.R.

Hold your Presence: HyperAwareness

Yield to your Call: HyperMotivation

Propel your Energy: HyperVitality

Express your Mastery: HyperImpact

Release your Power: HyperPerformance

Each of these points consists of three components, each intended to contribute to successful performance.

Hold your Presence: HyperAwareness

  • Be in the Moment
  • Check Reality (A=A)
  • Know Yourself

Yield to your Vision: HyperMotivation

  • Defining one’s higher power
  • Finding one’s own motivation
  • Defining mission, vision and goals

Propel your Energy: HyperVitality

  • Energize your State
  • Keep your Focus on Potential
  • Use Energy as Compass

Express your Mastery: HyperImpact

  • Mastering the game
  • Learning to learn
  • Achieving self-confidence

Release your power: HyperPerformance

  • Remove the blocks
  • Relax
  • Enter the Flow

This is an abstract model, designed so that it can be applied to any system, be it a soccer team, a company, an orchestra or perhaps a mechanical apparatus, keeping in mind that of course the practical details will change accordingly, while the basic principles will remain the same.
Once the model is understood, it can be applied to each of the dimensions of the system/man (physical, mental, social, financial, spiritual) considered as a system in its own right. After bringing these dimensions separately to an optimal level, one repeats the process considering the whole man as a reference system, aligning the dimensions with each other and considering them as one system, with the goal of reaching a higher level of realization and awareness, what we call HyperLiving.
Needless to say, the human being is a system of incredible complexity and there are no limits to improvement, so our work can never be considered “finished” but can be taken up whenever we are faced with a particularly difficult challenge, want to overcome a moment of stagnation or simply grow in one or more areas.
